Beginning with a square blank of hardwood, students will learn the fundamentals of woodturning, including safe use of the lathe and lathe tools, turning gouges, and chisels. Upon completion, you'll have a beautiful rolling pin and basic skills which can be applied to a wide range of future turning projects.
